Courtney Grygiel is in her second season on the Tufts University women's lacrosse coaching staff.

A 2019 Tufts graduate, Grygiel was a senior on the Tufts team that year which made the program's first-ever appearance in the NCAA "Final Four." She started all 22 games and finished sixth on that team in scoring with 19 goals and 18 assists for 37 points. Her 18 assists were second on the team. In 59 games overall during four years (2016-19) at Tufts, Grygiel scored 32 goals with 28 assists for 60 points.

Originally from Andover, Massachusetts, Grygiel earned a Child Study and Human Development degree from Tufts. She went on to receive a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Merrimack College in 2020. She currently works as a Special Education Teacher for the Pentucket (Mass.) school system.
