Eric Rhoda is in his third season with the Tufts University women's lacrosse coaching staff. He works with the goalies.

In his first year with the team (2019), Tufts earned the program's first-ever NCAA "Final Four" berth. Goalie Audrey Evers was an Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association All-New England second team pick that year. The team shut out two opponents during the season. Rhoda currently works with junior goalie Molly Laliberty, who was selected US Lacrosse Magazine 2021 Division III Women's Preseason Goalie of the Year.

Prior to Tufts, Rhoda worked as roaming goalie coach for the Independent School League (ISL), working with Roxbury Latin, St. Mark's, St. Sebastian's, Rivers School, Belmont Hill School and Middlesex School. He has worked with numerous other schools in a coaching career that started in 1999.

Rhoda was a collegiate goalie at Endicott College and Eastern Connecticut State University. He played a year of semi-pro box lacrosse with the Vermont Voyageurs in 2009.

At South Windsor, Connecticut High School Rhoda helped lead the team to two Division II state championship games and was the 1996 All-State goalie.
